Asegur\u00f3 que, si el empresario Ricardo Salinas Pliego decide no cubrir los adeudos fiscales, existen mecanismos legales para garantizar el pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste es un procedimiento que lleva tiempo; no se resuelve en tres o cuatro d\u00edas. Pero es justicia, as\u00ed de claro\u201d, declar\u00f3. La mandataria destac\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n de la Corte \u00fanicamente ratifica determinaciones previas y demuestra, dijo, el funcionamiento de un Poder Judicial imparcial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#Ma\u00f1aneraDelPueblo desde Palacio Nacional. Explic\u00f3 que el C\u00f3digo Fiscal contempla reducciones dependiendo de las multas que se liquiden, pero advirti\u00f3 que, de no pagarse, los recargos contin\u00faan acumul\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) ser\u00e1 la instancia encargada de realizar los c\u00e1lculos y exponerlos p\u00fablicamente, siempre dentro del marco legal. \u201cAqu\u00ed no hay ning\u00fan acto autoritario\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta cuestion\u00f3 que se intente atribuir tintes pol\u00edticos a la decisi\u00f3n de la SCJN, la cual dej\u00f3 firmes las resoluciones luego de desechar siete recursos promovidos por el conglomerado empresarial. Record\u00f3 que varios de esos litigios suman hasta 15 a\u00f1os y que en su momento quedaron rezagados por la antigua integraci\u00f3n de la Corte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda la que detalle los pasos que seguir\u00e1n. \u201cPrimero se notifica; si hay pago, el asunto concluye.
