La transformaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n es el objetivo m\u00e1s importante de la Reforma Constitucional en materia de justicia y de la elecci\u00f3n de personas juzgadoras del 01 de junio. Es un proceso novedoso en el que la apresurada regulaci\u00f3n, los criterios del INE y las cualidades instant\u00e1neas de las redes sociales (principal medio de hacer campa\u00f1a) vienen sesgando lo que debe de ser un ejercicio ciudadano de deliberaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Para no caer en las trampas medi\u00e1ticas, Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe Luna Hern\u00e1ndez, candidato a Magistrado de Tribunal Colegiado en materia Administrativa, ha decidido promover un modelo distinto de campa\u00f1a, que en lugar de centrarse en la promoci\u00f3n de su candidatura y de sus propuestas, provoque un di\u00e1logo en el que participe las personas interesadas en los distintos temas que involucran al Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Esta fase de su campa\u00f1a se centra en la necesidad de construir propuestas para integrar un protocolo de integridad que permita modificar el comportamiento de operadores judiciales para evitar las redes de inter\u00e9s y los conflictos de inter\u00e9s, as\u00ed como otro para prevenir la violencia de g\u00e9nero en el funcionamiento del Poder Judicial y para promover la verdadera adopci\u00f3n del principio de perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en las resoluciones judiciales.<\/p>\n

Con la finalidad de integrar estas propuestas se realizar\u00e1n cuatro webinars que se difunden en sus redes sociales en estas materias los d\u00edas, 21, 22, 28 y 29 de abril, a las 7 de la noche, con la asistencia de expertas, especialistas, acad\u00e9micos y sociedad civil. El primero de ellos se encuentra publicado en https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/162AXq2qEJ\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Este ejercicio, junto con otras acciones pretenden mejorar la calidad de las campa\u00f1as judiciales fomentando la deliberaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, para promover el voto informado, lo que, lamentablemente el INE est\u00e1 muy lejos de garantizar en estos momentos.<\/p>\n
