{"id":8422,"date":"2025-01-28T13:10:41","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T19:10:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=8422"},"modified":"2025-01-28T13:10:41","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T19:10:41","slug":"presenta-renuncia-el-comite-de-evaluacion-de-pj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/28\/presenta-renuncia-el-comite-de-evaluacion-de-pj\/","title":{"rendered":"Presenta renuncia el comit\u00e9 de evaluaci\u00f3n de PJ"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col col1\">\n<p class=\"s-s\">Los cinco integrantes del comit\u00e9 de evaluaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (PJF) presentaron ayer su renuncia al cargo, luego de que el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) orden\u00f3 que el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica asuma la tarea de ese \u00f3rgano sobre la selecci\u00f3n de candidatos id\u00f3neos para la elecci\u00f3n judicial del 1\u00ba de junio de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f3nica Gonz\u00e1lez Contr\u00f3, Emma Meza Fonseca, Mar\u00eda Emilia Molina de la Puente, Wilfrido Casta\u00f1\u00f3n Le\u00f3n y Luis Enrique Pereda Trejo presentaron su renuncia mediante una carta dirigida al pleno de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPor medio de este escrito, presentamos nuestra renuncia con car\u00e1cter inmediato e irrevocable al comit\u00e9 de evaluaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n. Lo anterior debido a la imposibilidad jur\u00eddica de continuar con el proceso que fue encomendado a este cuerpo colegiado.<\/p>\n<p><q>Aceptamos el cargo de integrantes del Comit\u00e9 con la convicci\u00f3n de que \u00e9ste podr\u00eda constituir un espacio importante para garantizar la llegada de perfiles profesionales al proceso de elecci\u00f3n, derivado de la reforma constitucional al Poder Judicial<\/q>, se\u00f1alan.<\/p>\n<p>Resaltaron que a partir de la instalaci\u00f3n del comit\u00e9 se inici\u00f3 una fuerte agenda de actividades, dirigida a seleccionar a los mejores perfiles de entre m\u00e1s de 3 mil aspirantes que se inscribieron al proceso; s\u00f3lo mil 53 pasaron al segundo filtro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col col2\">\n<p>Sin embargo, detuvieron el proceso de selecci\u00f3n el pasado 7 de enero en acato a una suspensi\u00f3n definitiva, emitida por un juez federal de Michoac\u00e1n y en d\u00edas posteriores recibieron una segunda de un juez en Jalisco.<\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada, el TEPJF orden\u00f3 al comit\u00e9 reiniciar las labores, pero decidieron no hacerlo e interpusieron ante la Corte un recurso de resoluci\u00f3n de controversias entre \u00f3rganos del Poder Judicial para que esa instancia decida cu\u00e1l de las \u00f3rdenes se deb\u00eda acatar, la del Tribunal o la del juez federal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo tenemos sino palabras de agradecimiento para las y los ministros, as\u00ed como para el equipo de apoyo por su comprometida labor durante estas semanas.
