{"id":8247,"date":"2025-01-14T17:11:11","date_gmt":"2025-01-14T23:11:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=8247"},"modified":"2025-01-14T17:11:11","modified_gmt":"2025-01-14T23:11:11","slug":"protestas-por-fabricacion-de-carpetas-de-investigacion-en-fgjcmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/14\/protestas-por-fabricacion-de-carpetas-de-investigacion-en-fgjcmx\/","title":{"rendered":"Protestas por fabricaci\u00f3n de carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n en FGJCMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Familiares y v\u00edctimas de la integraci\u00f3n de carpetas falsas y fabricaci\u00f3n de delito, para impedirles ver a sus hijos y ser obligados a pagar pensiones millonarias, exigieron la destituci\u00f3n de la coordinadora general de investigaci\u00f3n delitos de g\u00e9nero y atenci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Sayuri Herrera Rom\u00e1n, y la detenci\u00f3n de la abogada Ana Katiria Su\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n<p>Con grandes mantas con una fotograf\u00eda de la abogada, donde se le\u00eda: \u201cAna Katiria es una delincuente, fabrica carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n\u201d, se manifestaron frente a las instalaciones del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Los manifestantes bloquearon los carriles de avenida Ni\u00f1os H\u00e9roes y lanzaron una serie de consignas contra la Su\u00e1rez, quien, dijeron, \u201chuy\u00f3 a Espa\u00f1a para evadir la acci\u00f3n de la justicia, y exigimos su extradici\u00f3n y detenci\u00f3n para que pague por sus actos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana realizaron cortes a la circulaci\u00f3n desde Doctor R\u00edo de la Loza, misma vialidad que utilizaron los manifestantes para dirigirse al B\u00fanker de la FGJCDMX para solicitar una reuni\u00f3n con su nueva titular Bertha Alcalde Luj\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>En su paso, hicieron un alto frente a las oficinas de la coordinadora de investiste delitos de g\u00e9nero a quien acusaron de \u201cproteger a Ana Katiria para fabricar carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n contra hombres inocentes.
