El diputado Alberto Mart\u00ednez Urincho, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n y Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia, resalt\u00f3 la importancia del Consejo Judicial Ciudadano en la elaboraci\u00f3n de la terna y subray\u00f3 que Alcalde Luj\u00e1n fue la mejor evaluada. \u201cSeguro estoy de que la designaci\u00f3n contar\u00e1 con una amplia e inobjetable legitimidad\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Mart\u00ednez Urincho, quien tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la transparencia del proceso.<\/p>\n<p>En contraste, la oposici\u00f3n, liderada por el coordinador panista Andr\u00e9s Atayde, expres\u00f3 preocupaciones sobre un posible conflicto de intereses y cuestion\u00f3 la autonom\u00eda de la nueva fiscal. No obstante, otros legisladores como Silvia S\u00e1nchez Barrios y Royfid Torres (Movimiento Ciudadano) defendieron el nombramiento, subrayando la experiencia y visi\u00f3n transformadora de Alcalde Luj\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas Sesma, presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, tambi\u00e9n enfatiz\u00f3 la relevancia de esta elecci\u00f3n en un momento hist\u00f3rico para la equidad de g\u00e9nero: \u201cEs tiempo de mujeres. Entre otros cargos, fue directora general del ISSSTE y comisionada de Operaci\u00f3n Sanitaria en Cofepris. Es licenciada en Derecho por la UNAM y tiene una maestr\u00eda en Estudios Legales Internacionales por la Universidad de Nueva York. Su enfoque en justicia restaurativa promete un cambio en la visi\u00f3n tradicional de la FGJ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comisi\u00f3n Especial para la Elecci\u00f3n de Jueces y Magistrados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En otra decisi\u00f3n relevante, el Congreso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Especial para el Proceso de Selecci\u00f3n de Jueces y Magistrados del Poder Judicial capitalino en la Elecci\u00f3n Extraordinaria de 2025.
