En este evento, que tuvo como eje principal la transparencia e imparcialidad en el sistema judicial, se expusieron los aspectos m\u00e1s relevantes de la reforma, incluyendo la reconfiguraci\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte y el proceso de elecci\u00f3n de jueces y magistrados programado para el 1 de junio de 2025.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8077 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/conversatorio-chilpancingo-5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la consejera de la Judicatura Federal subray\u00f3 la importancia de este proceso transformador, que busca acercar la justicia a la ciudadan\u00eda y garantizar que los cambios estructurales respondan a los anhelos de un pa\u00eds m\u00e1s justo.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s destacados de la reforma es la creaci\u00f3n del Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial, un \u00f3rgano independiente que sustituir\u00e1 al actual Consejo de la Judicatura Federal en materia disciplinaria. Este tribunal tiene como prop\u00f3sito principal garantizar una mayor agilidad en los procedimientos, evitando retrasos que, en algunos casos, han durado hasta cuatro a\u00f1os. La eficiencia en la resoluci\u00f3n de quejas y la investigaci\u00f3n de faltas administrativas ser\u00e1 un eje prioritario, lo que permitir\u00e1 una rendici\u00f3n de cuentas m\u00e1s efectiva y transparente.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8078 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/conversatorio-chilpancingo-3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial se encargar\u00e1 de analizar e investigar denuncias contra jueces y magistrados, asegurando que el sistema judicial funcione con probidad y respeto hacia la ley. Este nuevo esquema incluye salvaguardas importantes para garantizar que las decisiones judiciales contin\u00faen siendo independientes, imparciales y apegadas al derecho. Las garant\u00edas jurisdiccionales no ser\u00e1n vulneradas, y los procedimientos disciplinarios se llevar\u00e1n a cabo con estricto respeto a los derechos de los involucrados.<\/p>\n<p>Se han identificado varias \u00e1reas de mejora respecto al funcionamiento actual. Por ejemplo, la lentitud en el tr\u00e1mite de quejas ha sido un problema recurrente. En el modelo propuesto, el Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial implementar\u00e1 procesos m\u00e1s \u00e1giles y eficaces, promoviendo un enfoque preventivo que permita detectar y atender posibles irregularidades antes de que se conviertan en problemas mayores. Asimismo, el sistema ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s eficiente al evitar la acumulaci\u00f3n de expedientes que, en la actualidad, dificultan una resoluci\u00f3n oportuna.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CeliaMayaGar\/status\/1868828296081031321?t=XDXHROVpKKltctAMB62G6Q&amp;s=08\">https:\/\/x.com\/CeliaMayaGar\/status\/1868828296081031321?t=XDXHROVpKKltctAMB62G6Q&amp;s=08<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La Reforma Judicial tambi\u00e9n prev\u00e9 la creaci\u00f3n de un Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n que se encargar\u00e1 de la gesti\u00f3n operativa de los recursos del Poder Judicial, incluyendo los vinculados con la Suprema Corte, el Tribunal Electoral y el propio Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial. Este esquema asegura una divisi\u00f3n de funciones m\u00e1s clara y fomenta una mayor autonom\u00eda de cada \u00f3rgano. La independencia interna se ve fortalecida al separar las funciones disciplinarias de las administrativas, evitando conflictos de inter\u00e9s y mejorando la eficacia institucional.<\/p>\n<p>Este cambio estructural es, sin duda, una oportunidad hist\u00f3rica para responder a las demandas ciudadanas de justicia pronta y expedita. Aunque el proceso implica ajustes importantes, conf\u00edo en que las y los jueces profesionales que han dedicado sus vidas al servicio p\u00fablico estar\u00e1n a la altura de los retos y continuar\u00e1n fortaleciendo la confianza de la sociedad en el Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8079 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/conversatorio-chilpancingo-4-1024x663.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"414\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la consejera Maya Garc\u00eda agradeci\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n activa de la ciudadan\u00eda en estos espacios de di\u00e1logo y reflexi\u00f3n.
