La diputada mexiquense Luz Ma. Hern\u00e1ndez Berm\u00fadez, en colaboraci\u00f3n
\ncon la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma Metropolitana (UAM) Sede Iztapalapa, ha
\nimpulsado con \u00e9xito la creaci\u00f3n de humedales artificiales como una
\nalternativa innovadora para la reutilizaci\u00f3n del agua en Ecatepec. Esta
\niniciativa, que ha dado lugar al primer humedal artificial en una escuela
\nprimaria del Estado de M\u00e9xico, marca un paso significativo en la gesti\u00f3n
\ndel agua en una regi\u00f3n severamente afectada por la crisis h\u00eddrica.<\/p>\n

\nLa propuesta de la diputada Hern\u00e1ndez surge en respuesta a la
\nsobreexplotaci\u00f3n de los mantos acu\u00edferos y la falta de mantenimiento de
\npozos en Ecatepec. En presencia de expertos, investigadores, Hern\u00e1ndez
\nsubray\u00f3 la importancia de recuperar y reutilizar el agua, y promover una
\ncultura de gesti\u00f3n eficiente del recurso.
\nEl proyecto de humedales artificiales, seleccionado recientemente como
\nProyecto de Investigaci\u00f3n por la UAM Iztapalapa, ser\u00e1 ejecutado con
\nrecursos de investigaci\u00f3n proporcionados por la Coordinaci\u00f3n de
\nVinculaci\u00f3n Acad\u00e9mica y Social, bajo la direcci\u00f3n del M.C. Antonio de
\nJes\u00fas Gal\u00e1n Alcal\u00e1. La diputada Hern\u00e1ndez expres\u00f3 su agradecimiento a
\nla Rectora de la UAM Iztapalapa, Dra. Ver\u00f3nica Medina Ba\u00f1uelos, por su
\nexcelente trabajo en la investigaci\u00f3n y vinculaci\u00f3n social, as\u00ed como a los
\nprofesores Dr. Juan Miguel G\u00f3mez Bernal y Dr. Alejandro Federico Alva

\nHern\u00e1ndez destac\u00f3 que la escasez de agua es un problema agravado por
\nfactores naturales y humanos, incluyendo la distribuci\u00f3n irregular de
\nprecipitaciones, el crecimiento poblacional, la contaminaci\u00f3n, la
\ndeforestaci\u00f3n y el cambio clim\u00e1tico. La diputada enfatiz\u00f3 que la crisis
\nh\u00eddrica tiene profundas implicaciones para la seguridad alimentaria, la
\neconom\u00eda, y la biodiversidad, y que es crucial gestionar el agua de manera
\neficiente y sostenible.
\nLuz Ma. Hern\u00e1ndez destaca por su trabajo en Ecatepec, uno de los m\u00e1s
\ndestacados es en torno al agua, mismo que fue expuesto a la
\ngobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez. Adem\u00e1s, durante la
