{"id":7881,"date":"2024-07-30T13:08:54","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T19:08:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=7881"},"modified":"2024-07-30T13:08:54","modified_gmt":"2024-07-30T19:08:54","slug":"reforma-al-poder-judicial-debe-incluir-a-los-estados-amlo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/30\/reforma-al-poder-judicial-debe-incluir-a-los-estados-amlo\/","title":{"rendered":"Reforma al Poder Judicial debe incluir a los Estados: AMLO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/em>\u00a0El presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador se pronunci\u00f3 porque la reforma al Poder Judicial en el plano federal se replique a nivel estatal para que se elijan a jueces y magistrados, porque como se dice coloquialmente en este plano, los gobernadores llevan mano en su designaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la elecci\u00f3n de jueces, magistrados y ministros, dijo que se debe garantizar que aquellos que se encuentren en funciones tengan garantizado su derecho a particular. Incluso mencion\u00f3 que en la iniciativa se contempla que aquellos que tengan buen desempe\u00f1o tengan pase autom\u00e1tico y sean seleccionado por un comit\u00e9. Se debe buscar tambi\u00e9n que no se limite el n\u00famero por lo que s\u00ed hay muchos aspirantes se pueda introducir un mecanismo como la t\u00f3mbola o la insaculaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su conferencia de prensa, el mandatario record\u00f3 algunas de las pr\u00e1cticas nocivas que prevalecen en el Poder Judicial como la liberaci\u00f3n ama\u00f1ada de presuntos delincuentes los fines de semana, \u00a1Como es posible que de 130 procesados que se liberaron 90 se hicieron los fines de semana?, es decir el 70 por ciento del total.
