No puede el Ejecutivo modificar el presupuesto que env\u00eda el Poder judicial. S\u00ed puede hacerlo \u2014y lo han hecho\u2014 en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados porque es su facultad.\u00a0Entonces, nosotros no vamos a modificar el presupuesto del Poder Judicial, pero s\u00ed lo puede hacer la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, es legal, es constitucional\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa matutina critic\u00f3 que jueces, magistrados y ministros perciben salarios mensuales de hasta 700 mil pesos y prestaciones onerosas, lo que significa una violaci\u00f3n a la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c\u00bfQui\u00e9n gana eso en M\u00e9xico? S\u00f3lo los grandes empresarios, banqueros, pero trabajadores incluso hasta gerentes de empresas no llegan a ganar ese dinero, porque no s\u00f3lo es el sueldo, es que tienen much\u00edsimas prestaciones, desde la compra de espejuelos, lentes, hasta la compra de veh\u00edculos; comidas, fondo de ahorro especial, servicio m\u00e9dico privado, viajes, seguridad, jardiner\u00eda para sus casas, mantenimiento de sus casas\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=05aAbmzfwgs<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el mandatario reiter\u00f3 que la alternativa para corregir al Poder Judicial y ponerlo a trabajar en beneficio del pueblo y no de los intereses de una \u00e9lite, es que la ciudadan\u00eda elija democr\u00e1ticamente a jueces, magistrados y ministros.<\/p>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa matutina, enfatiz\u00f3 en la necesidad de una reforma constitucional, la cual requiere una mayor\u00eda calificada de dos terceras parte de los votos en el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n. Por ello, dijo, es relevante la elecci\u00f3n de legisladoras y legisladores en 2024.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNosotros lo que sostenemos es que tiene que haber una renovaci\u00f3n en el Poder Judicial por la corrupci\u00f3n que impera y por estos excesos que los pintan de cuerpo entero\u201d, argument\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cSi contin\u00faa la transformaci\u00f3n, tiene que renovarse el Poder Judicial. No puede ser posible que le est\u00e9n dando libertad a presuntos delincuentes, no puede ser posible que est\u00e9n al servicio de los potentados\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En el Sal\u00f3n de la Tesorer\u00eda de Palacio Nacional, el mandatario present\u00f3 el caso de Ricardo M\u00e1rquez Blas, excolaborador de Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna, quien tiene un sueldo bruto mensual de m\u00e1s de 122 mil pesos, sumados a una serie de prestaciones cubiertas por el erario p\u00fablico. El funcionario fue contratado por la ministra presidenta de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, Norma Pi\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNo estamos hablando de que sea juez o magistrado o ministro, es un funcionario. (\u2026) Pero tiene de todo: tiene vi\u00e1ticos, tiene seguro m\u00e9dico privado, tiene caja de ahorro especial\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En contraste, el Gobierno de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 administrado bajo la pol\u00edtica de austeridad republicana y el principio de honestidad, por lo que tiene autoridad moral para denunciar actos excesivos y de corrupci\u00f3n en el Poder Judicial, como el del ministro Luis Mar\u00eda Aguilar Morales, quien archiv\u00f3 un caso empresarial que afecta a la Hacienda p\u00fablica por 25 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo un ministro de la Suprema Corte de Justicia recurre a esos trucos de guardar un expediente m\u00e1s de ocho meses en donde est\u00e1n de por medio 25 mil millones de pesos de pago de impuestos de una empresa?
