(\u2026) Aqu\u00ed lo importante, el fondo, es que la concesi\u00f3n se recupera, se rescata, vuelve a ser de la naci\u00f3n, regresa a la naci\u00f3n; no es expropiaci\u00f3n, es rescate de la concesi\u00f3n\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El mandatario aclar\u00f3 que el gobierno federal no est\u00e1 dispuesto a pagar los 9 mil 500 millones de pesos que solicit\u00f3 Grupo M\u00e9xico por liberar los 120 kil\u00f3metros.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cQue puedan ellos, pagando una cuota, llegar al puerto; si las empresas de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional y de Marina quieren pasar, pagan una cuota; si la empresa quiere entrar, paga una cuota.
