{"id":6812,"date":"2023-05-23T11:32:11","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T17:32:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=6812"},"modified":"2023-05-23T11:32:11","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T17:32:11","slug":"la-seguridad-nacional-es-facultad-del-ejecutivo-la-scjn-esta-fuera-del-marco-legal-en-abierto-papel-opositor-dr-rafael-echazarreta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2023\/05\/23\/la-seguridad-nacional-es-facultad-del-ejecutivo-la-scjn-esta-fuera-del-marco-legal-en-abierto-papel-opositor-dr-rafael-echazarreta\/","title":{"rendered":"La seguridad nacional es facultad del Ejecutivo, la SCJN est\u00e1 fuera del marco legal en abierto papel &#8220;opositor&#8221;: Dr.  Rafael Echazarreta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>REDAMLO.<\/em>&#8211;<strong> El diputado Rafael Echazarreta Torres<\/strong>, miembro del Grupo Parlamentario de <strong>Morena en el Congreso del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> brind\u00f3 entrevista para el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.poresto.net\/yucatan\/2023\/5\/22\/invalidacion-del-acuerdo-de-amlo-que-blinda-las-obras-federales-es-incorrecto-rafael-echazarreta-384807.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Peri\u00f3dico PorEsto!<\/a> donde puntualiz\u00f3 que <strong>el art\u00edculo segundo de la Ley de Seguridad Nacional establece la facultad del Poder Ejecutivo para determinar los lineamientos de la pol\u00edtica de seguridad nacional<\/strong>, en ese sentido, consider\u00f3 que <strong>la resoluci\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN)<\/strong> por mayor\u00eda de 8 votos a favor y tres en contra que invalid\u00f3 el decreto publicado en 2021 que declaraba a las obras del Gobierno con car\u00e1cter de<strong>&#8220;seguridad nacional&#8221; y de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico tiene una abierta connotaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica vinculada a la agenda de la oposici\u00f3n en contra del Tren Maya.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Doctor en derecho, Rafael Echazarreta expuso como argumento jur\u00eddico <strong>&#8220;el numeral tercero, fracc. II que estipula el concepto de seguridad nacional como la preservaci\u00f3n de la soberan\u00eda e independencia nacional&#8221;<\/strong> as\u00ed como<strong> &#8220;la fracc. VI que se\u00f1ala la preservaci\u00f3n de la democracia a trav\u00e9s del desarrollo social y econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds&#8221;.<\/strong> En ese sentido qued\u00f3 expuesta la <strong>incorrecta interpretaci\u00f3n conceptual de la Ley por parte de los ocho Ministros de la Corte encabezados por Norma Pi\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los argumentos jur\u00eddicos del Doctor Echazarreta son precisos y dejan en evidencia el golpe judicial a las decisiones de los representantes populares del pueblo de M\u00e9xico y especialmente representan <strong>un boicot jur\u00eddico en contra de las obras de infraestructura que realiza el Gobierno Federal de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador que contra viento y marea ha sacado adelante las obras.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Otro esc\u00e1ndalo revent\u00f3 al hacerse p\u00fablico que la<strong> Ministra Presidente de la SCJN, Norma Pi\u00f1a<\/strong> contrat\u00f3 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsoldemexico.com.mx\/mexico\/politica\/ministra-norma-pina-contrato-a-excolaboradora-de-garcia-luna-acusa-amlo-10090551.html#!\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sonia Vargas Terrero<\/a>, ex funcionaria del sexenio de Felipe Calder\u00f3n vinculada en la investigaci\u00f3n sobre Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna, (preso en Estados Unidos\u00a0 y en espera de condena) en la asignaci\u00f3n de contratos por monto de m\u00e1s de 70 millones de d\u00f3lares que presuntamente fueron desviados al extranjero a trav\u00e9s de triangulaciones que configuran el posible delito de desv\u00edo de recursos seg\u00fan dio a conocer la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REDAMLO.&#8211; El diputado Rafael Echazarreta Torres,
