En aras de empoderar a las mujeres en todos los entornos, proteger sus derechos y evitar que cr\u00edmenes como los feminicidios queden impunes, la diputada quintanarroense Luz Mar\u00eda Berista\u00edn Navarrete afirm\u00f3 que el Congreso del Estado tiene una tarea legislativa pendiente para trabajar y aprobar iniciativas que combaten la violencia contra las mujeres.
\nEn el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, la legisladora local detall\u00f3 que en lo que va de la presente legislatura, ella ha presentado, sola o de manera conjunta, al menos cuatro iniciativas en materia, una de las cuales ya ha sido aprobada.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cEl progreso de esta legislatura ha sido, en gran parte, gracias al liderazgo de nuestro presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador y nuestra gobernadora Mara Lezama, quienes encarnan los ideales de igualdad entre todos los mexicanos, sin importar su sexo\u201d, apunt\u00f3.
\nLa primera de ellas es sobre el delito de feminicidio, configurando la tentativa de feminicidio, agravando las penas para quienes incurran en este crimen y estableciendo que toda muerte violenta de una mujer debe ser investigada como feminicidio.<\/p>\n

\u201cTenemos que garantizar una vida libre de violencia a mujeres, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes, el acceso a la justicia y que sus agresores sean debidamente procesados\u201d, dijo.
\nLa diputada Luz Mar\u00eda Berista\u00edn Navarrete explic\u00f3 que la segunda iniciativa est\u00e1 enfocada hacia el derecho de acceso a guarder\u00edas a hijas e hijos de madres j\u00f3venes estudiantes, v\u00edctimas de violencia intrafamiliar y solteras, con el fin de que mujeres trabajadoras cuenten con las facilidades y oportunidades de continuar con sus estudios o en el desarrollo de su vida laboral, pr\u00f3xima a dictaminarse.
\nUna tercera propuesta va en el sentido de castigar a quienes no entreguen la pensi\u00f3n alimentaria a sus hijos. Esta reforma considera sanciones como impedir la salida del pa\u00eds a quienes incumplan con esta obligaci\u00f3n.
\nLa cuarta propuesta, ya fue aprobada y es origen de mucho orgullo para el grupo parlamentario de Morena, pues fue el establecimiento de la interrupci\u00f3n legal del embarazo.
\n\u201cComo bancada, reconocimos a la mujer y a las personas con capacidad de gestar como titulares del derecho a decidir sobre la continuaci\u00f3n o interrupci\u00f3n del embarazo. De esta manera garantizamos que quienes as\u00ed lo decidan puedan interrumpir su embarazo sin penalidad alguna\u201d, expres\u00f3 Luz Mar\u00eda Beristain Navarrete.<\/p>\n
