{"id":6610,"date":"2022-12-15T22:17:09","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T04:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=6610"},"modified":"2022-12-15T22:17:09","modified_gmt":"2022-12-16T04:17:09","slug":"amlo-agradece-a-senadores-aprobacion-de-reformas-en-ley-electoral-iniciativa-regresa-a-camara-de-diputados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2022\/12\/15\/amlo-agradece-a-senadores-aprobacion-de-reformas-en-ley-electoral-iniciativa-regresa-a-camara-de-diputados\/","title":{"rendered":"AMLO AGRADECE A SENADORES APROBACI\u00d3N DE REFORMAS EN LEY ELECTORAL; INICIATIVA REGRESA A C\u00c1MARA DE DIPUTADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador reconoci\u00f3 a las y los senadores por aprobar en lo general y en lo particular el proyecto con el que se reforman diversas disposiciones en materia electoral que garantizar\u00e1n democracia, austeridad y eficiencia en los comicios.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cYo le doy las gracias a los senadores y ahora, cuando terminen, va a pasar esta minuta a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados y significa que se va a mejorar el sistema de elecciones\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Con 69 votos a favor y 53 en contra, el\u00a0<strong>Senado de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>\u00a0aprob\u00f3 modificaciones en la\u00a0<strong>Ley General de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales<\/strong>; de la Ley General de Partidos Pol\u00edticos; de la\u00a0<strong>Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0y expide la Ley General de los Medios de Impugnaci\u00f3n en Materia Electoral.<\/p>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa matutina, el mandatario asegur\u00f3 que el proyecto de reformas en las leyes secundarias en materia electoral, promovido por el Ejecutivo, significar\u00e1 cambios importantes en beneficio del pueblo.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Senadores aprueban reformas a Ley Electoral en beneficio del pueblo\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8UoTfCrltQk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cQue haya austeridad en el manejo del presupuesto del Instituto Nacional Electoral porque tienen un gran aparato burocr\u00e1tico con sueldos elevad\u00edsimos, entonces ahora con esta reforma se logran compactar algunas \u00e1reas para que se haga m\u00e1s con menos, como todos\u201d, refiri\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Las modificaciones evitar\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticas que se llevan a cabo para cometer fraudes, como la entrega de monederos electr\u00f3nicos, dinero en efectivo o tarjetas de prepago. De esta manera, dijo, se respetar\u00e1 la voluntad popular y los derechos ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEs una verg\u00fcenza lo que han significado los fraudes electorales en nuestro pa\u00eds; ha sido M\u00e9xico uno de los pa\u00edses con m\u00e1s fraudes en el mundo y eso es lo que defendieron ahora los conservadores\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sobre la inclusi\u00f3n de la llamada transferencia de votos entre partidos pol\u00edticos, el jefe del Ejecutivo sostuvo que podr\u00eda vetar esta iniciativa al ser contradictoria con los valores democr\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSi lo considero, la puedo vetar. Si es un asunto de principios, lo hago porque somos dem\u00f3cratas aut\u00e9nticos, no farsantes, entonces lo que nos importa son los principios. Cuando uno tiene que decidir entre eficacia pol\u00edtica y principios; no hay que titubear. (&#8230;) Son cosas que tienen que ver con las convicciones y la autoridad moral\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Confi\u00f3 en que las y los legisladores de la<strong>\u00a0C\u00e1mara de Diputados<\/strong>\u00a0debatir\u00e1n y har\u00e1n las correcciones pertinentes con el objetivo de preservar una aut\u00e9ntica democracia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQue ellos lo debatan y se defiendan primero los principios. Aqu\u00ed hay algo fundamental, la democracia en M\u00e9xico es el pueblo, ya no es la oligarqu\u00eda.
