{"id":659,"date":"2019-10-30T20:30:44","date_gmt":"2019-10-31T02:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=659"},"modified":"2019-10-30T20:30:44","modified_gmt":"2019-10-31T02:30:44","slug":"tepjf-cancela-eleccion-interna-de-morena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2019\/10\/30\/tepjf-cancela-eleccion-interna-de-morena\/","title":{"rendered":"TEPJF CANCELA ELECCI\u00d3N INTERNA DE MORENA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a 30 de Octubre 2019 (4TPress).-<\/h2>\n<p><strong>El Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF)<\/strong> cancel\u00f3\u00a0 el proceso interno de renovaci\u00f3n de la dirigencia de <strong>Morena.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Debido a la falta de certeza en el padr\u00f3n<\/strong> y la exclusi\u00f3n de militantes, mismas que son consideradas \u201cviolaciones determinantes y trascendentales que han afectado el proceso\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, dej\u00f3 sin efectos la convocatoria a la renovaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos directivos e insubsistentes todos los actos derivados de esa convocatoria.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el \u00f3rgano electoral ordena al Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo Nacional que emita una nueva convocatoria para asambleas distritales o en su caso buscar otro m\u00e9todo de elecci\u00f3n de su dirigencia nacional.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLas instancias del partido no han llevado a cabo el proceso de depuraci\u00f3n que ellos mismos se impusieron para que sean incorporadas todas las personas de derecho a participar en el proceso\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSe han violentado la autonom\u00eda y el derecho del partido\u201d, denunciaron los morenistas quienes acusaron que privaron intereses pol\u00edticos externos al partido.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Luego de escuchar la resoluci\u00f3n, morenistas presentes en la sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, manifestaron su rechazo por la intromisi\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano regulador.<\/p>\n<p>En la sala se escuch\u00f3 una consigna en donde acusaban de violaci\u00f3n al partido, &#8220;se ha violentado la autonom\u00eda y el derecho del partido&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bertha Luj\u00e1n<\/b>, aspirante a la dirigencia de Morena, a las afueras del Tribunal, llam\u00f3 a los militantes que ya fueron electos en asambleas democr\u00e1ticas a una protesta nacional en contra de \u201ceste atropello a nuestros derechos pol\u00edticos ciudadanos y como miembros de Morena\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mientras<strong>,Yeidckol Polevnsky<\/strong> asegur\u00f3 que la elecci\u00f3n interna se suspende hasta depurar el padr\u00f3n de militantes, la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honor y Justicia lo neg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Polevnsky declaro que tras el alto n\u00famero de impugnaciones en las asambleas distritales, as\u00ed como el n\u00famero de asambleas que se cancelaron y la incertidumbre que genera el padr\u00f3n del partido el proceso interno se suspender\u00e1.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEn Morena, no podemos validar un padr\u00f3n ilegal que deja sin poder participar a los verdaderos militantes, por eso queremos que se haga todo en apego a la legalidad\u201d, sostuvo tras una reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo Nacional.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a 30 de Octubre 2019 (4TPress).- El Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":661,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[25,20],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-659","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-4t","category-nacionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
