{"id":6440,"date":"2022-10-10T19:16:45","date_gmt":"2022-10-11T00:16:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=6440"},"modified":"2022-10-10T19:16:45","modified_gmt":"2022-10-11T00:16:45","slug":"hermano-de-amlo-comparecio-ante-fisel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2022\/10\/10\/hermano-de-amlo-comparecio-ante-fisel\/","title":{"rendered":"Hermano de AMLO compareci\u00f3 ante  FISEL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>P\u00edo Lorenzo L\u00f3pez Obrador compareci\u00f3 la semana pasada ante la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n Delitos Electorales (Fisel), como parte de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n respecto de la presunta comisi\u00f3n de delitos electorales en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Fuentes judiciales se\u00f1alaron que el hermano del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, quien acudi\u00f3 el 5 de octubre a la FISEL, se reserv\u00f3 el derecho a declarar.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n, titular de la C\u00e9lula B-II-1, notific\u00f3 a un juez de distrito de las diversas gestiones realizadas como parte de la investigaci\u00f3n, entre ellas la comparecencia de P\u00edo L\u00f3pez Obrador. \u201cEl cinco de octubre del a\u00f1o en curso, se desahog\u00f3 el acto de investigaci\u00f3n consistente en la declaraci\u00f3n del quejoso\u2026 remitiendo para tal efecto copia autentificada de la declaraci\u00f3n ministerial del imputado, que anexa a la misma\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El impartidor de justicia dio un plazo de tres d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para que la FISEL informe sobre el \u201ccumplimiento cabal\u201d a la ejecutoria del amparo que se le otorg\u00f3 en el mes de julio de este a\u00f1o a P\u00edo L\u00f3pez Obrador, que daba un plazo de 60 d\u00edas naturales, para que la FGR definiera si judicializa o no la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que se le inici\u00f3 por presuntos delitos electorales.<\/p>\n<p>En su momento, el juez de la causa afirm\u00f3 que el retraso en las pesquisas viola el derecho de acceso a la justicia, al mantener al quejoso en la indefinici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n en contra de P\u00edo L\u00f3pez Obrador comenz\u00f3 luego de que se publicaran en Internet un video donde aparece en un restaurante acompa\u00f1ado de David Le\u00f3n Romero, ex coordinador Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, recibiendo bolsas de papel que supuestamente conten\u00edan dinero.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: La Jornada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u00edo Lorenzo L\u00f3pez Obrador compareci\u00f3 la semana pasada ante la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n Delitos Electorales (Fisel),<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":6442,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[84,2377,2378],"class_list":["post-6440","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politica","tag-amlo","tag-hermano-de-amlo","tag-pio-lopez-obrador"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
