{"id":594,"date":"2019-10-13T19:27:16","date_gmt":"2019-10-14T00:27:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=594"},"modified":"2019-10-13T19:27:16","modified_gmt":"2019-10-14T00:27:16","slug":"comienza-la-4t-a-exterminar-la-corrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2019\/10\/13\/comienza-la-4t-a-exterminar-la-corrupcion\/","title":{"rendered":"Comienza la 4T a exterminar la corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a 13 de Octubre 2019 (Cdmx Press).- Actualmente se escucha entre voces que la 4T esta comenzando a desmantelar toda una Red de corrupci\u00f3n <\/b>\u00a0que enlistan un primer bloque de acciones penales en contra de personajes emblem\u00e1ticos de la administraci\u00f3n del exmandatario de la CDMX, <strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es cuesti\u00f3n de semanas, para que nos enteremos que algunos de esos hombres clave han abandonado el pa\u00eds, por lo que la condici\u00f3n de pr\u00f3fugos de la justicia federal y local pende ya sobre ellos.<\/p>\n<p>En la lista se encuentran <strong>Julio C\u00e9sar Serna<\/strong>, amigo de Mancera desde la adolescencia y funcionario suyo en \u00e1reas relevantes.<\/p>\n<p>Enfrentar\u00e1 acusaciones que seguir\u00e1n a la inhabilitaci\u00f3n ya dictada en su contra por 10 a\u00f1os para desempe\u00f1arse en la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Es probable que est\u00e9 por implementarse el congelamiento de algunas de sus cuentas, por promoci\u00f3n tanto de autoridades de nuestro pa\u00eds como de la Uni\u00f3n Americana.<\/p>\n<p>Serna acumul\u00f3 en los a\u00f1os recientes, seg\u00fan la fuentes consultadas, un amplio listado de propiedades tambi\u00e9n en la capital, lo que parece ser la constante en los principales integrantes del equipo que contin\u00faa cerca del ahora senador Mancera.<\/p>\n<p>Otros casos son los de <strong>Felipe de Jes\u00fas Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, ex titular de Desarrollo, y de <strong>Edgar Tungui Rodr\u00edguez,<\/strong> responsable de los programas de reconstrucci\u00f3n tras los sismos de 2017. Ambos fueron tambi\u00e9n inhabilitados y deber\u00e1n responder ante una monta\u00f1a de acusaciones, que lo mismo tocan a humildes familias damnificadas que a sofisticados corporativos inmobiliarios.<\/p>\n<p>Las investigacionesse est\u00e1n extendiendo a exl\u00edderes sindicales como <strong>Juan Ayala<\/strong> o como un bizarro dirigente del Cuerpo de Bomberos de CDMX, el segundo de los cuales ya no estar\u00eda tampoco en territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Ayala fue defenestrado en meses pasados de la dirigencia de bur\u00f3cratas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, cuyo control alcanz\u00f3 mediante prebendas alimentadas con dinero oficial, seg\u00fan se asegura en las investigaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>En las semanas recientes ha sido descrito en diversos espacios period\u00edsticos en pleno activismo secreto para conservar su influencia, lo que habr\u00eda incluido encuentros privados con la participaci\u00f3n del citado Mancera y del l\u00edder de la bancada de Morena en el Senado, <strong>Ricardo Monreal<\/strong>, sin que ninguno de los dos haya confirmado o desmentido tales reuniones. Apuntes:<\/p>\n<p>Sobre <strong>Alejandro Gertz<\/strong> avanza en una indagatoria sobre un refinado esquema de extorsiones desde altas esferas de la administraci\u00f3n Pe\u00f1a Nieto.<\/p>\n<p>Las principales acusaciones son de empresarios y de funcionarios p\u00fablicos ca\u00eddos en desgracia, y se orientan hacia el que fuera poderoso consejero jur\u00eddico presidencial <strong>Humberto Castillejos<\/strong>, al que se atribuyen una colusi\u00f3n con <strong>Alberto Bazbaz<\/strong>, que tuvo a su cargo la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera y el Cisen.
