{"id":56,"date":"2019-07-18T09:59:06","date_gmt":"2019-07-18T14:59:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=56"},"modified":"2019-07-18T09:59:06","modified_gmt":"2019-07-18T14:59:06","slug":"ex-trabajadores-de-notimex-piden-se-investigue-a-sanjuana-martinez-montemayor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2019\/07\/18\/ex-trabajadores-de-notimex-piden-se-investigue-a-sanjuana-martinez-montemayor\/","title":{"rendered":"Ex Trabajadores de Notimex piden se Investigue a Sanjuana Mart\u00ednez Montemayor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los trabajadores despedidos de Notimex, Agencia de Noticias del Estado Mexicano celebramos que la Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SFP) tenga abiertas tres investigaciones por presuntas irregularidades en la que fue por a\u00f1os nuestra casa de trabajo, porque s\u00f3lo de esa manera se podr\u00e1n deslindar responsabilidades.<\/p>\n<p>Apoyamos esta acci\u00f3n legal, e incluso pedimos que vaya m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las pasadas administraciones y se ampl\u00ede a la actual directora general de Notimex, Sanjuana Mart\u00ednez Montemayor para conocer el destino de los 170 millones de pesos que el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n aprob\u00f3 para el pago de salarios y prestaciones para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior debido a que a m\u00e1s de dos meses de que iniciaron los despidos injustificados e ilegales, la mayor\u00eda de los trabajadores de base y de honorarios despedidos no hemos recibido nuestra liquidaci\u00f3n al 100 por ciento conforme a la Ley Federal del Trabajo y lo que establece nuestro Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo, incluso algunos ni siquiera cuentan con una propuesta de liquidaci\u00f3n..<\/p>\n<p>Que se investigue la legalidad de la acci\u00f3n de Mart\u00ednez Montemayor de retener el Fondo de Ahorro de estos ex empleados y que particularmente se indague la contrataci\u00f3n de amigos y hasta de quienes se dice son compadres de esta servidora p\u00fablica, quienes sin contar con el perfil period\u00edstico ocupan plazas de alto y medio nivel dentro de este \u00f3rgano descentralizado del gobierno federal compadres.<\/p>\n<p>Exigimos que, el tema de las investigaciones no sean una \u201ccortina de humo\u201d para desviar la atenci\u00f3n sobre la exigencia del movimiento de los extrabajadores de Notimex de que se cumpla el compromiso de liquidarnos al 100 por ciento en la primera quincena de agosto del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, reconocemos el compromiso del presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador de garantizar la equidad durante la presentaci\u00f3n de Sanjuana Mart\u00ednez en la conferencia ma\u00f1anera del pr\u00f3ximo viernes 19 del presente mes, al haber anunciado que se permitir\u00eda el ingreso de una comisi\u00f3n de representantes de los extrabajadores despedidos de manera injustificada.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias se\u00f1or presidente por darnos voz en un conflicto que ha dejado sin sustento a decenas de familias, muchas de ellas encabezadas por madres solteras que no contaron con la empat\u00eda de la feminista y defensora de derechos humanos, como seg\u00fan se describe la propia se\u00f1ora Sanjuana Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/notimex-verificado-noticias-660x438.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1654\" src=\"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/notimex-verificado-noticias-660x438-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los trabajadores despedidos de Notimex, Agencia de Noticias del Estado Mexicano celebramos que la Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":58,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-56","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
