{"id":5176,"date":"2021-08-12T12:00:54","date_gmt":"2021-08-12T12:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=5176"},"modified":"2021-08-12T12:00:54","modified_gmt":"2021-08-12T12:00:54","slug":"lopez-obrador-firma-convenio-con-fundacion-teleton-para-fortalecer-atencion-a-ninas-ninos-y-jovenes-con-discapacidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/12\/lopez-obrador-firma-convenio-con-fundacion-teleton-para-fortalecer-atencion-a-ninas-ninos-y-jovenes-con-discapacidad\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u00f3pez Obrador firma convenio con Fundaci\u00f3n Telet\u00f3n para fortalecer atenci\u00f3n a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes con discapacidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">M\u00c9XICO, 12 de agosto de 2021.- El presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador encabez\u00f3 la firma del convenio del gobierno federal con la Fundaci\u00f3n Telet\u00f3n para ampliar la atenci\u00f3n a 20 mil ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes con discapacidad a trav\u00e9s de servicios m\u00e9dicos especializados y de rehabilitaci\u00f3n en instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">En conferencia de prensa matutina, el mandatario explic\u00f3 que el acuerdo consiste en \u201cutilizar toda la infraestructura de los centros de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Telet\u00f3n para atender a ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Destac\u00f3 que en esta administraci\u00f3n inici\u00f3 la entrega de pensiones a un mill\u00f3n de menores con discapacidad. De acuerdo con la Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar, la inversi\u00f3n en pensiones para este sector, desde 2019 a la fecha, asciende a 36 millones 889 mil millones de pesos. Actualmente, las y los beneficiarios reciben 2 mil 700 pesos bimestrales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Esta distribuci\u00f3n de recursos se complementar\u00e1 con los cuidados que brindar\u00e1n los Centros de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Infantil Telet\u00f3n en los que se ofrecer\u00e1 diagn\u00f3stico, medicina f\u00edsica y rehabilitaci\u00f3n, cl\u00ednica integral, psicolog\u00eda familiar e integraci\u00f3n social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">En cuanto a tratamiento se dar\u00e1 terapia f\u00edsica, ocupacional, de lenguaje y pulmonar, electroestimulaci\u00f3n orofar\u00edngea, terapia rob\u00f3tica, aplicaci\u00f3n de toxina botul\u00ednica, capacitaci\u00f3n de enfermer\u00eda y asistencia tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Como parte de los servicios de seguimiento terap\u00e9utico, habr\u00e1 pediatr\u00eda, ortopedia, neurolog\u00eda, comunicaci\u00f3n humana, gen\u00e9tica, urolog\u00eda, paidopsiquiatr\u00eda, nutrici\u00f3n, cl\u00ednica de inclusi\u00f3n y odontopediatr\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">En materia de servicios auxiliares de diagn\u00f3stico se ofrecer\u00e1 electrodiagn\u00f3stico, uroproctodinamia, pruebas de funci\u00f3n respiratoria y an\u00e1lisis de marcha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">La subsecretaria de Bienestar, Ariadna Montiel Reyes, indic\u00f3 que el convenio se materializa en el Programa de Apoyo para la Rehabilitaci\u00f3n e Inclusi\u00f3n para el Bienestar de Ni\u00f1as y Ni\u00f1os con Discapacidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">La madre, padre o tutor del menor solicitar\u00e1 la incorporaci\u00f3n al programa. La instituci\u00f3n realizar\u00e1 el diagn\u00f3stico y establecer\u00e1 el plan de rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">La Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar entregar\u00e1 un carnet y vales para llevar a cabo el control de las citas y que el subsidio entregado tenga un soporte y supervisi\u00f3n. El Gobierno de M\u00e9xico entregar\u00e1 el subsidio a los beneficiarios a trav\u00e9s de las instituciones una vez que sea prestado el servicio a las personas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Inform\u00f3 que en el pa\u00eds hay en total mil 139 instituciones p\u00fablicas que integran la red nacional de centros y unidades de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, de los cuales 28 son centros de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n especial; 83 centros de rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral y mil 528 unidades b\u00e1sicas de rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cCon la informaci\u00f3n que nos brinda la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, espec\u00edficamente para los ni\u00f1os y los j\u00f3venes de 0 a 19 a\u00f1os se est\u00e1n atendiendo en un proceso de rehabilitaci\u00f3n 45 mil 644 personas, lo que significa que necesitamos hacer mayores esfuerzos\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con el censo 2020 del INEGI, en M\u00e9xico viven con discapacidad 852 mil 312 ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes. En el 33.8 por ciento, es intelectual; en el 9.7 por ciento es psicosocial; en el 43.5 por ciento es visual; en el 66.4 por ciento es motriz y en el 21.8 por ciento, auditiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El presidente de Fundaci\u00f3n Telet\u00f3n M\u00e9xico, Fernando Landeros Verdugo, sostuvo que \u201cesta es la primera vez que se crea un programa federal concreto que beca la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os con discapacidad que m\u00e1s lo necesitan\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El acuerdo que hoy se firm\u00f3, dijo, fortalece el apoyo a ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os para que sean atendidos en todo el pa\u00eds por m\u00e1s de 2 mil 500 colaboradores de la fundaci\u00f3n en instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cEste convenio brindar\u00e1 apoyo y una atenci\u00f3n integral a m\u00e1s de 20 mil ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as en los 24 centros Telet\u00f3n, con lo cual alcanzaremos una cobertura del 90 por ciento del territorio nacional. Es importante mencionar que este convenio incrementar\u00e1 el n\u00famero de ni\u00f1os becados por los gobiernos locales y los patronatos locales\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Acompa\u00f1aron al presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, por parte del gobierno federal, el secretario de Bienestar, Javier May Rodr\u00edguez y el secretario t\u00e9cnico del Gabinete de la Presidencia, Carlos Torres Rosas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Tambi\u00e9n atestiguaron la firma del convenio, el director general del Consejo Nacional Fomento Educativo (Conafe), Gabriel C\u00e1mara y Cervera; el secretario general del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n (SNTE), Alfonso Cepeda Salas y los empresarios e integrantes del Patronato de Fundaci\u00f3n Telet\u00f3n M\u00e9xico, Emilio Azc\u00e1rraga Jean, Jos\u00e9 Francisco Aguilera de Alba, Carlos Bremer Guti\u00e9rrez y Sissi Harp Calderoni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Convenio para fortalecer atenci\u00f3n a menores con discapacidad.
