{"id":5047,"date":"2021-07-29T21:41:54","date_gmt":"2021-07-29T21:41:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=5047"},"modified":"2021-07-29T21:41:54","modified_gmt":"2021-07-29T21:41:54","slug":"amlo-anuncia-la-liberacion-por-decreto-presidencial-de-mas-de-12000-presos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2021\/07\/29\/amlo-anuncia-la-liberacion-por-decreto-presidencial-de-mas-de-12000-presos\/","title":{"rendered":"AMLO Anuncia la liberaci\u00f3n por decreto presidencial de m\u00e1s de 12000 presos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO A 29 DE JULIO-<\/strong> El presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador adelant\u00f3 este jueves que se elaborar\u00e1 y firmar\u00e1 un decreto presidencial de pol\u00edtica carcelaria con cuatro decisiones en las que se incluye la liberaci\u00f3n de internos que hayan sido torturados, presos sin sentencia, adultos mayores de 75 a\u00f1os privados de la libertad y quienes padezcan enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas y sean mayores de 65 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En La Ma\u00f1anera, explic\u00f3 que el decreto ser\u00e1 elaborado por la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n (Segob) y estar\u00e1 integrado de cuatro puntos, para presentarlo la pr\u00f3xima semana. https:\/\/www.milenio.com\/politica\/amlo-alista-decreto-liberar-presos-sentencia-torturados-75-anos.<\/p>\n<p>AMLO indic\u00f3 que el primer punto del decreto ser\u00e1 liberar a las personas que lleven detenidas 10 a\u00f1os por delitos no graves y que en ese tiempo, no hayan recibido una sentencia. &#8220;Internos en c\u00e1rceles federales del fuero federal que en 10 a\u00f1os no han sido sentenciados y est\u00e9n en la c\u00e1rcel por delitos no graves van a ser liberados&#8221;, dijo en Palacio Nacional. El segundo ser\u00e1 liberar a las personas mayores de 75 a\u00f1os que sigan en prisi\u00f3n por delitos no graves, mientras que el tercero ser\u00e1 similar al anterior, pero para personas mayores de 65 a\u00f1os con enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas y en este caso, se llevar\u00e1 un procedimiento simplificado. &#8220;En el caso de enfermos se va a pedir a la SSA que haga los diagn\u00f3sticos correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>El plazo de liberaci\u00f3n no va a ser mayor al 15 de septiembre&#8221;, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El cuarto ser\u00e1 liberar a las personas presas en c\u00e1rceles federales que denuncien haber sido torturados y esto se compruebe mediante el protocolo de Estambul. &#8220;Entonces estas cuatro acciones van a formar parte de un decreto que voy a firmar y que va a elaborar la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Lo vamos a elaborar la semana pr\u00f3xima para presentarlo y publicarlo. &#8220;Es importante que se tome en cuenta que hay muchos detenidos, reclusos, internos que no tienen sentencia y que no s\u00f3lo es fuero federal, tambi\u00e9n es fuero com\u00fan y es la mayor\u00eda. Ojal\u00e1 y las autoridades estatales tomen cartas en este asunto&#8221;, resalt\u00f3. Asegur\u00f3 que &#8220;la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n tiene una nueva funci\u00f3n&#8221;, pues afirm\u00f3 que la dependencia rechaza la represi\u00f3n y el autoritarismo, al ser &#8220;para la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y de la justicia&#8221;. L\u00f3pez Obrador hizo un llamado a las autoridades estatales a aplicar medidas similares a lo propuesta por la federaci\u00f3n y les mand\u00f3 decir que si no les alcanzan los recursos que se bajen los sueldos y apliquen medidas de austeridad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Esto lo tiene que atender el Poder Judicial, tanto los poderes en los estados como el Poder Judicial de la federaci\u00f3n, los tribunales de justicia en los estados y el poder Judicial federal. Que les falta personal, recursos, b\u00e1jense el sueldo los de arriba, ahorren.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Es muy piramidal el funcionamiento de los poderes, los de mero arriba vivimos muy bien, austeridad republicana y alcanza.
