Marina y el Ej\u00e9rcito en empate t\u00e9cnico en aceptaci\u00f3n y luego la Guardia Nacional, pero con mucha diferencia con relaci\u00f3n a las polic\u00edas, con todo respeto, las polic\u00edas municipales, estatales\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con datos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, hay 99 mil 946 elementos de la corporaci\u00f3n en 214 coordinaciones regionales en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">En la entidad la Guardia Nacional cubre cinco coordinaciones regionales con un despliegue de 2 mil 119 elementos. En total hay seis cuarteles terminados, uno en cada municipio: Tijuana, San Quint\u00edn, Mexicali, Tecate, Ensenada y Rosarito. Los dos \u00faltimos se inaugurar\u00e1n el s\u00e1bado y domingo, respectivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Las instalaciones de reciente apertura contar\u00e1n con 61 literas para alojar a 120 elementos y tres armeros con capacidad para 50 armas cada uno de ellos. Adem\u00e1s, comedor para 50 comensales con cocina equipada y un cuarto de curaciones; salones para la comandancia y las comunicaciones, sala de juntas, oficinas administrativas y aulas de capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Este cuartel se construy\u00f3 en terrenos donados por las autoridades estatales y tienen una superficie aproximada de 10 mil metros cuadrados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">L\u00f3pez Obrador <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">impulsar\u00e1 di\u00e1logo con autoridades de EE.UU. para reabrir frontera norte; destaca beneficios de programas sociales en Tecate<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador anunci\u00f3 que impulsar\u00e1 el di\u00e1logo con el presidente Joseph Biden y la vicepresidenta Kamala Harris para informar los avances de la vacunaci\u00f3n en la frontera norte con el objetivo de reabrir esta regi\u00f3n lo m\u00e1s pronto posible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Instruy\u00f3 al secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon, gestionar los tr\u00e1mites encaminados a lograr este prop\u00f3sito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Sobre los Programas para el Bienestar dio a conocer que en Tecate reciben becas para estudiar 4 mil 343 estudiantes de bachillerato, mil 418 de nivel b\u00e1sico y 46 de nivel universitario. En ese municipio tambi\u00e9n opera el programa J\u00f3venes Construyendo el Futuro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Tres escuelas reciben de manera directa presupuesto para el mantenimiento de las instalaciones a trav\u00e9s del programa La Escuela es Nuestra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Cinco mil 988 adultos mayores que reciben una pensi\u00f3n. Reiter\u00f3 que este beneficio se otorgar\u00e1 en adelante a partir de los 65 a\u00f1os. En Tecate mil 523 ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as con discapacidad que reciben pensi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">En dicho municipio se construye un Banco del Bienestar y las y los peque\u00f1os comerciantes acceden a microcr\u00e9ditos, acot\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Acompa\u00f1aron al presidente, el gobernador Jaime Bonilla Valdez; la secretaria de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Rosa Icela Rodr\u00edguez Vel\u00e1zquez; el secretario de la Defensa Nacional, Luis Cresencio Sandoval Gonz\u00e1lez; el subsecretario de Marina, Eduardo Redondo Ar\u00e1mburo; el comandante de la Guardia Nacional, Luis Rodr\u00edguez Bucio; la subsecretaria de Egresos de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, Victoria Rodr\u00edguez Ceja; el secretario T\u00e9cnico del Gabinete de la oficina de la presidencia, Carlos Torres Rosas; el comandante de la II. da. R.
