Se\u00f1or presidente el cambio de horario nos afecta demaciado, nos desgasta, no nos permite estar con nuestras familias, usted cree que en esta coorporaci\u00f3n no existen padres y madres solteros que tienen que desatender a sus hijos, no piensa usted que ya nadie rinde 24 horas de trabajo, es inhumano laborar tanto tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Me permito enviarles algunas cosas de la ley en la que supuestamente fundaron y motivaron el cambio de horario laboral los del jur\u00eddico y honor y justicia de la direcci\u00f3n de seguridad ciudadana de ecatepec de Morelos.<\/p>\n<p>En lo cual el director general de seguridad ciudadana dio dicha orden.<\/p>\n<p>Ya se inform\u00f3 sobre los art\u00edculos y fracciones de la ley de seguridad del estado de M\u00e9xico Incluso la fracci\u00f3n XXII del Art.34 de la ley de SEGURIDAD DEL ESTADO DE M\u00c9XICO, NO EXISTE.<br \/>\nNinguno avala la disposici\u00f3n y orden girada por el Director de Seguridad Ciudadana de Ecatepec de Morelos.Y el reglamento interno de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Seguridad y Seguridad Vial, nunca nos lo han dado, solo ellos lo conocen. El Art.34 de la ley de Seguridad del Estado de M\u00e9xico solo tiene 3 fracciones, por lo tanto EST\u00c1N INVENTANDO LEYES QUE NO EXISTEN.<\/p>\n<p>Y esto es para que sepan que los de honor y justicia y el jur\u00eddico de la direcci\u00f3n elaboran oficios sin fundamento y motivo legal, solo que a\u00fan as\u00ed nada pasar\u00e1 ya hicieron lo que quisieron. Aqui hay mucho mas que decir se\u00f1or presidente, usted dice CERO TOLERANCIA A LA CORRUPCI\u00d3N y que pasara con sus jefes de regi\u00f3n, sus jefes de cuadrante, cuando empiezen a tener &#8220;voladores&#8221;, cuando te cobren su semana, cuando por querer ir a ver a tu familia te cobren el irte, eso es CORRUPCI\u00d3N y que har\u00e1 al respecto que no por esa intolerancia encarcelo a 6 de nosotros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA CORRUPCI\u00d3N ESTA DESDE SUS JEFES.<\/strong><br \/>\nDESDE USTED, DESDE EL MUNICIPIO, PORQUE AQUI TODO ES DINERO, pero nadie dice nada porque, por que si te quejas te dicen date de baja y usted sabe que aparte de vocaci\u00f3n lo que hay es necesidad.<br \/>\nSE\u00d1OR PRESIDENTE #REGRESELOSTURNOSDE12X24<br \/>\n#PRESIDENTESDECOLONIAS<br \/>\n#APOYENOS<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/documento.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2924\" src=\"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/documento.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EDOMEX PRESS.- Estado de M\u00e9xico a 21 de septiembre 2019.
