{"id":4441,"date":"2021-06-04T06:11:51","date_gmt":"2021-06-04T11:11:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=4441"},"modified":"2021-06-04T06:11:51","modified_gmt":"2021-06-04T11:11:51","slug":"ceepac-avala-la-candidatura-de-serrato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/04\/ceepac-avala-la-candidatura-de-serrato\/","title":{"rendered":"CEEPAC avala la candidatura de Serrato"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Leonel Serrato S\u00e1nchez, quien hizo mancuerna con Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, durante los pasados meses hoy recibi\u00f3 la noticia de que fue aprobado el acuerdo de forma unanimidad de votos de los consejeros electorales mediante el cual el \u00f3rgano electoral se pronunci\u00f3 acerca de la sentencia del 21 de mayo del 2021 emitida por el Tribunal Estatal Electoral de San Luis Potos\u00ed, en la que solicit\u00f3 que fuera revisado el cumplimiento del requisito de elegibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>En acuerdo estim\u00f3 que dentro del \u00e1mbito de sus atribuciones no es el momento procesal oportuno para efecto de llevar acabo la revisi\u00f3n de los requisitos de elegibilidad para la elecci\u00f3n del ayuntamiento, toda vez que las jurisprudencias emitidas por la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, establecen que los dos momentos procesales en los cuales puede llevarse acabo dicha revisi\u00f3n son al momento del registro de la candidatura, as\u00ed como la revisi\u00f3n de los resultados de la elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El CEEPAC refiri\u00f3 dentro de dicho acuerdo que toda vez que la sentencia emitida por el Tribunal Estatal Electoral de San Luis Potos\u00ed fue impugnada en tiempo y forma ante la Sala Regional del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n con sede en Monterrey; dicha sentencia del 21 de mayo de 2021 no se encuentra firme por lo cual no puede establecerse.<\/p>\n<p>El CEEPAC solicit\u00f3 la aclaraci\u00f3n de la sentencia y determin\u00f3 que la candidatura no tiene afectaci\u00f3n, por lo que Leonel Serrato podr\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ar a Jos\u00e9 Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, y participar con normalidad para la elecci\u00f3n de ayuntamiento el 6 de junio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leonel Serrato S\u00e1nchez, quien hizo mancuerna con Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, durante los pasados meses hoy&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4442,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[886,447,887,267],"class_list":["post-4441","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized","tag-ceepac","tag-elecciones","tag-leonel-serrato","tag-san-luis-potosi"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
