{"id":434,"date":"2019-09-20T20:51:13","date_gmt":"2019-09-21T01:51:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=434"},"modified":"2019-09-20T20:51:13","modified_gmt":"2019-09-21T01:51:13","slug":"a-organizacion-mexicanos-contra-la-corrupcion-y-la-impunidad-mcci-denuncio-la-existencia-de-un-padron-irregular-e-inverosimil-del-programa-jovenes-construyendo-el-futuro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2019\/09\/20\/a-organizacion-mexicanos-contra-la-corrupcion-y-la-impunidad-mcci-denuncio-la-existencia-de-un-padron-irregular-e-inverosimil-del-programa-jovenes-construyendo-el-futuro\/","title":{"rendered":"a organizaci\u00f3n Mexicanos Contra la Corrupci\u00f3n y la Impunidad (MCCI) denunci\u00f3 la existencia de un padr\u00f3n irregular e inveros\u00edmil del programa  J\u00f3venes Construyendo el Futuro."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cdmx Press.- Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a 20 de Septiembre 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Amparo Casar, presidenta ejecutiva de esta organizaci\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 que el padr\u00f3n de becarios y centros de trabajo creci\u00f3 a ritmo constante todos los d\u00edas en el mismo n\u00famero de vinculados, por edad y sexo, lo cual es estad\u00edsticamente imposible.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;T\u00e9cnicamente se inscribieron el mismo n\u00famero de personas, el mismo n\u00famero de hombres y mujeres, el mismo n\u00famero de grupos de edad y de categor\u00edas por escolaridad&#8221;, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\"><strong>De acuerdo a la STPS, en la CDMX hay:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hay 42 mil 159 vinculados\/ 6.5 por centro de trabajo<\/li>\n<li>6 mil 469 centros de trabajo<\/li>\n<li>MCCI revis\u00f3 5 mil 439 centros (82%)<\/li>\n<li>2 mil 881 no ten\u00edan ninguna informaci\u00f3n de contacto<\/li>\n<li>843 eran personas f\u00edsicas, no empresas<\/li>\n<li>646 s\u00ed ten\u00edan informaci\u00f3n pero no eran localizables<\/li>\n<li>140 dijeron no estar inscritas en el programa<\/li>\n<li>166 no quisieron dar informaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>214 s\u00ed estaban inscritas, localizables pero nunca tuvieron becarios<\/li>\n<li>136 tuvieron becarios pero ya no<\/li>\n<li>413 (14%) empresas localizables, ofrecieron informaci\u00f3n y ten\u00edan vinculados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Amparo Casar, explic\u00f3 que del 11 de abril al 9 de agosto se aceptaron a 900,000 becarios, de los cuales 369, 337 siguen sin ser colocados en alg\u00fan centro de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el programa no cuenta en el aval del Consejo Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Desarrollo Social (Coneval), el cual pide ciertos requerimientos para ser aprobado, como que el padr\u00f3n se actualice constantemente, aspecto que no realiza el proyecto y posible raz\u00f3n del crecimiento lineal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cdmx Press.- Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a 20 de Septiembre 2019.
