ROO., 03 de mayo de 2021.- Al encabezar la reuni\u00f3n de seguridad y la conferencia de prensa matutina en Chetumal, Quintana Roo, el presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador anunci\u00f3 que junto con la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n se analiza la posibilidad de impulsar una reforma a la ley para impedir que se lleven a cabo procesos penales en d\u00edas inh\u00e1biles a fin de garantizar transparencia y legalidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cEs actuar con transparencia absoluta porque no es un asunto nada m\u00e1s de car\u00e1cter legal que corresponda al Poder Judicial, al Poder Ejecutivo. Es un asunto de Estado. Se tiene que cuidar el decoro y la dignidad del Estado mexicano. No se puede exponer el prestigio del Estado mexicano\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">El mandatario cuestion\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de un juzgado de Jalisco de absolver a H\u00e9ctor Luis Palma Salazar, acusado de delincuencia organizada, narcotr\u00e1fico y homicidio, durante el fin de semana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cNo se puede emitir una orden para liberar a un recluso acusado de delincuencia organizada un s\u00e1bado en la madrugada. Eso coloquialmente se conoce como \u2018sabadazo\u2019. Y luego, de manera terminante, ordenar que se liberara en la noche y todav\u00eda hasta ayer otra orden para liberarlo a las 4 de la tarde. Es hasta despu\u00e9s de ese \u00faltimo requerimiento que se logr\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n de un plazo de 48 horas\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sostuvo que estos hechos demeritan la imagen del Estado y ponen en duda la actuaci\u00f3n de las instituciones, por lo que reiter\u00f3 que, en lo concerniente al gobierno federal \u201cno se establecen relaciones de complicidad con nadie.
