{"id":4090,"date":"2021-04-22T12:00:39","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T17:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=4090"},"modified":"2021-04-22T12:00:39","modified_gmt":"2021-04-22T17:00:39","slug":"lopez-obrador-expone-en-cumbre-sobre-cambio-climatico-beneficios-ambientales-de-sembrando-vida-propone-a-ee-uu-apoyar-iniciativa-en-centroamerica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/22\/lopez-obrador-expone-en-cumbre-sobre-cambio-climatico-beneficios-ambientales-de-sembrando-vida-propone-a-ee-uu-apoyar-iniciativa-en-centroamerica\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u00f3pez Obrador expone en Cumbre sobre Cambio Clim\u00e1tico beneficios ambientales de Sembrando Vida; propone a EE.UU. apoyar iniciativa en Centroam\u00e9rica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">M\u00c9XICO, 22 de abril de 2021.- Al participar en la Cumbre de L\u00edderes sobre el Cambio Clim\u00e1tico, el presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador expuso las acciones que el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico impulsa para hacer frente a este fen\u00f3meno mundial y revertir sus consecuencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El mandatario destac\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n del programa Sembrando Vida; dijo que se trata de una experiencia exitosa, que \u201cposiblemente sea el esfuerzo m\u00e1s grande de reforestaci\u00f3n en el mundo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Tal como lo anunci\u00f3 en d\u00edas pasados, el jefe del Ejecutivo concret\u00f3 la propuesta al presidente de Estados Unidos, Joseph Biden, de ampliar esa iniciativa al sureste de M\u00e9xico, Honduras, El Salvador y Guatemala con el prop\u00f3sito de controlar la migraci\u00f3n a partir de oportunidades de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El proyecto consiste, explic\u00f3, en sembrar 3 mil millones de \u00e1rboles y generar un mill\u00f3n 200 mil empleos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cTomemos en cuenta que con 4 millones de hect\u00e1reas de \u00e1rboles, se absorben 70 millones de toneladas de di\u00f3xido de carbono por a\u00f1o\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El mandatario sostuvo que la migraci\u00f3n ha contribuido hist\u00f3ricamente a la configuraci\u00f3n de las naciones, por lo que reafirm\u00f3 su convicci\u00f3n de darle cauce desde el humanismo, el juicio pr\u00e1ctico y la cooperaci\u00f3n para el desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cEl fen\u00f3meno migratorio, como lo sabemos todos, no se resuelve con medidas coercitivas, sino con justicia y bienestar. (\u2026) Junto con el amor a la naturaleza y la responsabilidad de heredar a las nuevas generaciones un planeta habitable, debe tambi\u00e9n prevalecer la fraternidad universal\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">De materializarse esta propuesta, M\u00e9xico se compromete a asumir la responsabilidad econ\u00f3mica y ayudar en la organizaci\u00f3n productiva y social para ejecutar el programa Sembrando Vida. Estados Unidos apoyar\u00eda a financiarlo en Guatemala, Honduras y El Salvador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Adicionalmente, el gobierno estadounidense podr\u00eda ofrecer a los beneficiarios la posibilidad de obtener una visa de trabajo temporal despu\u00e9s de sembrar sus tierras durante tres a\u00f1os consecutivos y luego de otros tres o cuatro a\u00f1os obtener la residencia en ese pa\u00eds o la doble nacionalidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Ante l\u00edderes del mundo, el presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador inform\u00f3 que actualmente laboran 450 mil campesinos y campesinas en Sembrando Vida; reciben un salario mensual de 5 mil pesos mensuales para plantar \u00e1rboles frutales y maderables en sus tierras o parcelas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Hasta este d\u00eda se han sembrado 700 millones de plantas con la meta de cultivar mil millones para abarcar un mill\u00f3n de hect\u00e1reas. El presupuesto anual asciende a 29 mil millones de pesos, equivalentes a cercade mil 400 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Expuso que aunque en M\u00e9xico se han descubierto tres grandes yacimientos de hidrocarburos, el petr\u00f3leo se destinar\u00e1 a cubrir la demanda de combustibles del mercado interno y se acabar\u00e1 con la pr\u00e1ctica de exportar petr\u00f3leo crudo y comprar gasolinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cDe esta forma ayudaremos a evitar el uso excesivo de combustibles f\u00f3siles\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Asimismo, las plantas hidroel\u00e9ctricas est\u00e1n en proceso de modernizaci\u00f3n para reducir el uso de combust\u00f3leo o carb\u00f3n en la producci\u00f3n de electricidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cLa energ\u00eda que se produce con agua es limpia y barata.
