{"id":3955,"date":"2021-04-02T11:29:36","date_gmt":"2021-04-02T17:29:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=3955"},"modified":"2021-04-02T11:29:36","modified_gmt":"2021-04-02T17:29:36","slug":"morena-confirma-a-mara-en-candidatura-desecha-impugnacion-de-marybel-villegas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/02\/morena-confirma-a-mara-en-candidatura-desecha-impugnacion-de-marybel-villegas\/","title":{"rendered":"Morena confirma a Mara en candidatura desecha impugnaci\u00f3n de Marybel Villegas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a 2 de Abril 2021<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Marybel Villegas Canch\u00e9<\/strong> sum\u00f3 un nuevo fracaso en la serie de acciones que emprendi\u00f3 en contra de Morena y la designaci\u00f3n de Mara Lezama como candidata a la presidencia municipal de Benito Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia de Morena<\/strong>, declar\u00f3 infundada la impugnaci\u00f3n de la candidatura de\u00a0<strong>Mara Lezama<\/strong>\u00a0a la Presidencia Municipal de <strong>Benito Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong>, por parte de la senadora<strong> Marybel Villegas Canch\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En su resoluci\u00f3n, la Comisi\u00f3n sobresee y declara infundados los agravios presentados por Villegas Canch\u00e9, por los siguientes motivos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Que a pesar de que la parte actora aduce una presunta violaci\u00f3n a la Base 6.1 de<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>la Convocatoria las mismas son simples apreciaciones de car\u00e1cter subjetivo toda<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>vez que, las etapas del proceso interno de selecci\u00f3n de candidatos se han estado<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>realizando en apego a la Convocatoria y ajuste emitidos, mismas que es de<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>se\u00f1alarse son actos jur\u00eddicos firmes y que los mismos no fueron impugnados por<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>los recurrentes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia<\/strong> analiza tambi\u00e9n ejercer sanciones en contra de <strong>Jorge Parra Moguel, esposo de Marybel Villegas<\/strong> y secretario general de Morena en el estado, debido a la actitud que ha asumido en contra del partido y de sus dirigentes, luego de que la senadora no result\u00f3 ser candidata a la presidencia municipal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desechan impugnaci\u00f3n de Marybel Villegas, MORENA, Elecciones 2021, Elecciones Cancun 2021,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":3957,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[25],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3955","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-4t"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
