{"id":3859,"date":"2021-03-20T16:55:23","date_gmt":"2021-03-20T22:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=3859"},"modified":"2021-03-20T16:55:23","modified_gmt":"2021-03-20T22:55:23","slug":"decreta-tepjf-como-infundada-la-impugnacion-de-cristina-torres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/20\/decreta-tepjf-como-infundada-la-impugnacion-de-cristina-torres\/","title":{"rendered":"Decreta TEPJF como infundada la impugnaci\u00f3n de Cristina Torres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Playa del Carmen.- <strong>La Sala Regional Xalapa del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judical de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF)<\/strong> decret\u00f3 comos infundados los recursos impuestos por <em><strong>Cristina Torres G\u00f3mez y Luz Elena Mu\u00f1oz Carranza,<\/strong><\/em> en contra del<strong> proceso interno de Morena,<\/strong> en el que <strong>Laura Beristain Navarrete<\/strong> fue seleccionada como candidata para la presidencia municipal de <strong>Solidaridad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEl acuerdo fue emitido para los juicios de <strong>Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos Pol\u00edtico Electorales<\/strong> SX-JDC-441\/2021 y SX-JDC-447\/2021, interpuestos por las dos ex aspirantes y que fueron acumulados por el Tribunal.<br \/>\nAmbos recursos fueron considerados improcedentes, por no haberse agotado la instancia adecuada para darle tr\u00e1mite a esta queja, que es la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Honor y Justicia de Morena,<\/strong> por tal motivo, los magistrados determinaron reencauzar esta impugnaci\u00f3n a aquella instancia, que deber\u00e1 resolver en un plazo de cinco d\u00edas, desde que sea notificada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nLas diputada local <strong>Cristina G\u00f3mez y la regidora Luz Elena Mu\u00f1oz Carranza<\/strong> quedaron inconformes con la encuesta realizada por Morena y en la que figur\u00f3 con mayor ventaja la actual presidenta municipal, Laura Beristain Navarrete, pues aseguran no hab\u00e9rseles compartido los resultados de la misma.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nCon esta determinaci\u00f3n, la candidata de Morena para Solidaridad todav\u00eda es Laura Beristain Navarrete.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>AGENCIA SIM<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Playa del Carmen.- La Sala Regional Xalapa del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judical de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) decret\u00f3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":3861,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[25],"tags":[545,546,375,547],"class_list":["post-3859","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-4t","tag-cristina-torres-gomez","tag-la-candidata-de-morena-para-solidaridad-todavia-es-laura-beristain-navarrete","tag-luz-elena-munoz-carranza","tag-sala-regional-xalapa-del-tribunal-electoral-del-poder-judical-de-la-federacion-tepjf"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
