{"id":298,"date":"2019-08-25T13:27:38","date_gmt":"2019-08-25T18:27:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=298"},"modified":"2019-08-25T13:27:38","modified_gmt":"2019-08-25T18:27:38","slug":"fiscal-feadle-32-asesinatos-y-sigue-cobrando","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2019\/08\/25\/fiscal-feadle-32-asesinatos-y-sigue-cobrando\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal FEADLE; 32 asesinatos y sigue cobrando"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Gildo Garza \/ Sin Mordaza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CDMXPRESS.- CDMX Noticias.-<\/strong> Con un sueldo devengado de m\u00e1s de 5.5 Millones de pesos, m\u00e1s bonos, desde que tom\u00f3 el cargo, el titular de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos cometidos contra la Libertad de Expresi\u00f3n (FEADLE), Ricardo S\u00e1nchez P\u00e9rez del Pozo, es solo una figura decorativa que navega por los r\u00edos de carpetas sin resolver en el edificio de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica en Insurgentes N\u00famero 20.<\/p>\n<p>A 3 a\u00f1os, de que el fiscal en turno, iniciara su administraci\u00f3n por mandato del ex Procurador General de la Rep\u00fablica Ra\u00fal Cervantes Andrade, durante la administraci\u00f3n de Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto, han asesinado a 32 periodistas de lo cual al frente de su administraci\u00f3n como fiscal solo ha obtenido 17 investigaciones completas con 3 personas procesadas, esto sin contar las 287 carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n por asesinato de periodistas desde el a\u00f1o 2000 a la fecha.<\/p>\n<p>Recapitulando, al principio de la administraci\u00f3n, S\u00e1nchez P\u00e9rez del Pozo, se comprometi\u00f3 a respaldar y dar seguimiento a cada uno de los expedientes generados desde el asesinato de periodistas, y aunque la FEADLE no tiene la facultad de prevenir asesinatos, las carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n que se ingresan por estos delitos, siguen en aumento sin tener avances sustanciales en investigaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 16 de mayo de 2017, durante la entrevista realizada en medio una mesa de an\u00e1lisis en la que periodistas evaluaron la vulnerabilidad de los periodistas y el asesinato del periodista Javier Valdez en Sinaloa; S\u00e1nchez P\u00e9rez del Pozo se neg\u00f3 a dar informaci\u00f3n sobre las diferentes l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que de no resolver dicho caso, renunciaria.<\/p>\n<p>A 2 a\u00f1os de el asesinado de Valdez, se mantienen abiertas algunas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n para consolidar evidencias de que hay m\u00e1s personas involucradas en la estructura criminal que orden\u00f3 su muerte.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la FEADLE y su titular no han cumplido sus obligaciones como \u00f3rgano ministerial especializado en investigar delitos contra la libertad de expresi\u00f3n. Lo cual resulta preocupante si tenemos en cuenta el contexto tan adverso que existe en M\u00e9xico, ante las agresiones a comunicadores.<\/p>\n<p>Esto con la exclusi\u00f3n de que dicha Fiscal\u00eda especial ignora querellas recientes por agresiones, esto a pesar de que diariamente hay violencia contra comunicadores en M\u00e9xico.
