{"id":217,"date":"2019-08-05T17:54:45","date_gmt":"2019-08-05T22:54:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=217"},"modified":"2019-08-05T17:54:45","modified_gmt":"2019-08-05T22:54:45","slug":"rosario-robles-exige-justicia-en-su-caso-a-sjcn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2019\/08\/05\/rosario-robles-exige-justicia-en-su-caso-a-sjcn\/","title":{"rendered":"Rosario Robles exige justicia en su caso a SCJN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rosario Robles Berlanga<\/strong> hizo p\u00fablico a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta oficial de Twitter la carta que envi\u00f3 al Ministro Presidente de la Corte, <strong>Arturo Zald\u00edvar Lelo de Larrea<\/strong>, Presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n en la que exige se garantice imparcialidad con relaci\u00f3n a la causa penal 314\/2019 que enfrenta por el caso mejor conocido como <em>La Estafa Maestra.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Les informo de esta carta que le hice llegar al Ministro Presidente de la Corte <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ArturoZaldivarL?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@ArturoZaldivarL<\/a> hace unos minutos <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/miun1286Og\">pic.twitter.com\/miun1286Og<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Rosario Robles (@Rosario_Robles_) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Rosario_Robles_\/status\/1158408901861281792?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 5, 2019<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>En el documento que public\u00f3 Robles hace un recuento de los hechos que dan forma al llamado caso Estafa Maestra y confirma que el pr\u00f3ximo 8 de agosto se presentar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 8 de agosto a la audiencia a la que fue requerida por las autoridades.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cConf\u00edo en la palabra del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica cuando dice que no hay de su parte consigna alguna en mi contra o de alguna otra persona. Soy mujer de instituciones y tengo plena confianza en las autoridades judiciales de mi pa\u00eds. No tengo nada que esconder por lo que me presentar\u00e9 el jueves 8 como ordena la autoridad. S\u00f3lo pido justicia.
