{"id":156,"date":"2019-08-02T10:27:59","date_gmt":"2019-08-02T15:27:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=156"},"modified":"2019-08-02T10:27:59","modified_gmt":"2019-08-02T15:27:59","slug":"como-y-por-que-fue-detenido-padgett-segun-sedena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2019\/08\/02\/como-y-por-que-fue-detenido-padgett-segun-sedena\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo y por qu\u00e9 fue detenido Padgett seg\u00fan SEDENA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mediante un comunicado oficial, la Secretar\u00eda de Defensa Nacional explica los motivos por los cuales el reportero mexicano fue arrestado.<\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda de ayer la organizaci\u00f3n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mexicopress.mx\/reportero-mexicano-es-detenido-por-militares-en-tecamac\/\"> Article 19 dio a conocer la detenci\u00f3n de Humberto Padgett a manos de polic\u00edas federales en el Estado de M\u00e9xico,<\/a> si bien el reportero fue puesto libertad ayer mismo, la SEDENA dio a conocer a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado oficial su versi\u00f3n de los hechos.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n el texto \u00edntegro:<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECCI\u00d3N GENERAL DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N SOCIAL.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>COMUNICADO DE PRENSA.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>47\/2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lomas de Sotelo, Cd. M\u00e9x., a 1 de agosto de 2019.-<\/strong> La Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional informa a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica, que esta fecha fueron detenidas tres personas en el interior del Campo Militar No. 37-D, Santa Luc\u00eda, Edo. M\u00e9x., al ser sorprendidas efectuando levantamiento de video, sin la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron cuando los tres individuos a bordo de un veh\u00edculo civil ingresaron al Campo Militar, dos de ellos identific\u00e1ndose como militares en situaci\u00f3n de retiro, argumentando que acudir\u00edan al servicio m\u00e9dico; sin embargo, continuaron su movimiento y en un segundo filtro de seguridad, indicaron que se dirig\u00edan a instalaciones de un plantel educativo militar, siendo esto falso en ambos casos.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, se corrobora toda vez que en un tercer filtro, personal militar que brinda seguridad pr\u00f3xima a las instalaciones que ocupa el Agrupamiento de Ingenieros, detect\u00f3 a los tres individuos efectuando levantamientos de video; por lo que, al tratar de ser identificados, emprendieron la huida, siendo interceptados aproximadamente a 200 metros de dicho lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Estos hechos permitieron identificar a los militares retirados en posesi\u00f3n de dos armas de fuego, propiedad de una empresa de seguridad privada, as\u00ed como a un tercer individuo, quien se identific\u00f3 como reportero de un medio de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, de conformidad con las facultades que la ley otorga y obliga a esta Secretar\u00eda a cumplir, y en un marco irrestricto de respeto a los Derechos Humanos, se procedi\u00f3 de inmediato a trasladarlos a la puerta de acceso principal del Campo Militar No. 37-D, donde fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n de elementos de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico en su calidad de investigadores, autoridad que resolver\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional es respetuosa de la libertad de expresi\u00f3n y trabajo period\u00edstico de los comunicadores, as\u00ed como la libre manifestaci\u00f3n de las ideas a trav\u00e9s de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n; sin embargo, es preciso destacar que las instalaciones militares son propiedad federal y de acceso restringido y las personas que ingresan a dichos campos, lo hacen con un prop\u00f3sito definido y con la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del Campo Militar No. 37-D, se albergan instalaciones que tienen un car\u00e1cter estrat\u00e9gico, cuya afectaci\u00f3n pondr\u00eda en riesgo la vida de las personas que ah\u00ed laboran, as\u00ed como de la poblaci\u00f3n civil aleda\u00f1a, raz\u00f3n por la cual todo individuo que intente ingresar a las \u00e1reas no autorizadas, debe ser plenamente identificado.<\/p>\n<p>Esta Secretar\u00eda invita a la poblaci\u00f3n civil en general, para que cualquier petici\u00f3n de ingreso a los campos militares, se haga mediante los canales oficiales de comunicaci\u00f3n, conforme lo dispone el Art. 8\/o.
