{"id":1011,"date":"2020-10-12T17:58:32","date_gmt":"2020-10-12T22:58:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/?p=1011"},"modified":"2020-10-12T17:58:32","modified_gmt":"2020-10-12T22:58:32","slug":"municipio-de-nezahualcoyotl-presentara-demanda-por-dano-moral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redamlo.com\/index.php\/2020\/10\/12\/municipio-de-nezahualcoyotl-presentara-demanda-por-dano-moral\/","title":{"rendered":"Municipio de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl presentar\u00e1 demanda por da\u00f1o MORAL."},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>Gobierno Municipal de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl presentar\u00e1 demanda por da\u00f1o MORAL.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>Tenemos las pruebas de que hemos consolidado las compras de forma legal y transparente: Jorge Mart\u00ednez.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nezahualc\u00f3yotl Estado de M\u00e9xico a 12 de octubre de 2020 (Estado de M\u00e9xico Press).-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con una campa\u00f1a difamatoria, la empresa Xeteron pretende hacerse de una licitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Gobierno del Municipio de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl<\/strong> presentar\u00e1 una demanda por da\u00f1o moral, ante la denuncias externadas en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n por parte de la empresa <strong>Xeteron,<\/strong> y exhibir\u00e1 ante la\u00a0 Contralor\u00eda Interna del Ayuntamiento, la documentaci\u00f3n soporte que acredita la transparencia y la legalidad del proceso objeto de la denuncia.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo declar\u00f3<em><strong> Jorge Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez Flores<\/strong><\/em>, Director de Administraci\u00f3n del Gobierno Municipal. \u201cEl municipio siempre se ha manejado con transparencia, somos un gobierno austero. Tenemos las pruebas suficientes de que hemos realizado las compras de forma legal y transparente.<\/p>\n<p>En el <strong>Municipio de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl<\/strong> tenemos la convicci\u00f3n de hacer la cosas bien, hemos consolidados las compras para obtener mejores precios y as\u00ed eficientizar el gasto, con un presupuesto en adquisiciones que ha disminuido unos 500 millones del a\u00f1o 2016 al 2019 no podemos darnos el lujo de realizar gastos ineficientes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ello, luego de la inconformidad externada por la empresa <strong>Xeteron <\/strong>en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, respecto a una licitaci\u00f3n para la adquisici\u00f3n de pintura por un monto 150 millones de pesos en el municipio, empresa que alega la presunta negaci\u00f3n de la compra de bases para dicho procedimiento y de acusar directamente a <strong>Jorge Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez Flores<\/strong> de manejar la licitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cCon estas difamaciones est\u00e1n lastimando una trayectoria de 18 a\u00f1os como servidor p\u00fablico; por ello, defender\u00e9 mi historial p\u00fablico de trabajo y presentar\u00e9 una demanda por da\u00f1o moral ante el Juzgado Civil\u201d, declar\u00f3 Mart\u00ednez Flores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente <strong>Mart\u00ednez Flores<\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no existe una licitaci\u00f3n por 150 millones y la que se realizo fue por un monto m\u00e1ximo de 9 millones, misma que tuvo verificativo el pasado\u00a0 del 30 de septiembre al\u00a0 2 de octubre, donde fue el periodo establecido para la adquisici\u00f3n de las bases de licitaci\u00f3n, cuyo costo fue por la cantidad de 6 mil 696 pesos, y que est\u00e1s estuvieron disponibles en los formatos que establece la Ley.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3141 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/redamlo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-10-12-at-5.27.54-PM-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gobierno Municipal de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl presentar\u00e1 demanda por da\u00f1o MORAL.
